Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure daily maintenance/ production work of each machine.
  • Production Planning & Implementation.
  • Making improvements and offering advice about operational procedures
  • Scheduling and coordinating work to tight deadlines
  • Ensuring that equipment works to its specification
  • Liaising with installation/project engineers
  • Supervising engineering and technical/ production/QC staff
  • Writing reports and documentation
  • Providing technical support
  • Ensuring safe working conditions
  • Maintaining statistical and financial records
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
  • Managing stocks of supplies and equipment

Educational Requirements

  • Diploma in Engineering
  • Diploma Engineering in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Food/ Chemical from Reputed Public Polytechnic only.

  • Good computer knowledge in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Excellent communication skills, analytical & problem-solving skill.
  • Willingness to develop a long-term career in FMCG industry.

  • Strong team building and leadership skills
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
